New Filling System halves Costs.
Stürtz presents the newest innovation: An insulating material filling system. Until now, window frames have been manually and often inaccurately filled using insulation wedges. The result: Consistent, circulating insulation could not be guaranteed. Process cycles are also often affected negatively.
Stürtz has now solved the problem with an automatic filling device. Neopor ist used as the insulating material that is blown into the profile where it spreads out evenly. The whole process takes less than 10 seconds. A ventilation unit positioned opposite the filling system ensures that the air accumulated in the frames can escape creating space for the insulating material.
This automation system is suitable for all profile widths and can easily be integrated into the window manufacturing process as it does not affect cycle times. The insulating material can be blown in straight after welding, on the cooling track, during cleaning at the corner cleaner or in the glazing area. Once finished, the filling and ventilation holes are automatically sealed with plugs. These plugs can also be fed by a hopper which can be preloaded.
The advantage for you, the customer: Compared to the use of insulation wedges, automatic filling with Neopor insulating material cuts costs for the user by up to 50%.
