Stürtz Machinery is pleased to introduce our Model SMI-CNC-2K-18 Twin Head Sash Corner Cleaner.
The SMI-CNC-2K-18 will clean two corners of a sash per cycle in sizes ranging from 12” x 12” up to 72” x 72”. Smaller sash can be cleaned one corner at a time. This rugged machine is designed for precision operation and years of dependable service.
Several optional fabrication operations are available on the new cleaner. Tilt latch routing and pivot bar insertion drilling can be added while still keeping cycle time to under 40 seconds per sash. Additional options included night latch routing in one or both stiles, pivot bar screw hole locations, weep slots, lock locations and keeper locations.
A full width scrap conveyor is available as an option. A PC interface can be added to simplify programming and provide additional information to the operator.
As with all Stürtz equipment, the new cleaner is designed with ease of operation and maintenance as a primary goal.
