Qualifications:

  • Associate Degree Mechanical or Electrical Technology
  • Hands On experience with tools and machinery
  • Experience with meters and measurement equipment
  • Working knowledge of PCs’ and MS Office products

Responsibilities:

The following list includes but is not limited to the responsibilities for the position of the Field Service Technician:

  • Installation and startup of machinery at customer locations.
  • Troubleshooting and repair of machinery at customer location.
  • Startup, alignment, assembly, and application of machinery products in a production environment.
  • Maintenance of machinery.
  • Training for operators and maintenance personnel.
  • Technical support of manufacturing operation.
  • Providing technical feedback to all functions of the organization.
  • Spare and replacement parts sales.
  • Phone support of service engineers and customers

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
  • 3-5 years experience in electrical design
  • 3-5 years experience in programmable control software design
  • AutoCAD experience
  • Working knowledge of MS Office products
  • Experience in MS Access
  • Motion control/ servo experience

Responsibilities:

The following list includes but is not limited to the responsibilities for the position of the Controls Engineer:

  • Design and application of software for new products.
  • Maintenance and support of software for all machinery.
  • Design and implementation of electrical control circuits for new machine designs.
  • Establishment and maintenance of electrical and software engineering standards.
  • Estimation of project design, labor, and material costs.
  • Estimation of design time for scheduling.
  • Technical support of manufacturing operation.
  • Technical support of sales and marketing.
  • Field service when required.
  • Vendor qualification and interface.
  • Phone support of service engineers and customers.
  • Interface directly with Germany on electrical and software related issues.

Qualifications:

  • Experience with industrial machine assembly and testing
  • Preferred electrical/mechanical associates degree or equivalent experience
  • Knowledge of PLC’s, electronics, wiring schematics and assembly drawings
  • Reliable and able to learn and work in a team environment

Responsibilities:

  • Assembly, alignment and testing of industrial machinery in a production environment for customer acceptance
  • Provide operator and maintenance training during customer acceptance
  • Assist with occasional customer site installations when required
  • Troubleshoot and repair new and existing machinery at customer locations when necessary
